Ontime Travels has been providing invaluable services to my wife and me over the past 18 months, as we travelled throughout India & South Asia. While appreciating the services of the Ontime I would like to mention a recent incident when, despite short notice, Ontime arranged to get confirmation for a business - class ticket for Amanda, my wife. To return to United States on maternity leave. The ticket was booked by another travel agent that could not get the seat confirmed, and Ontime Travels not only managed to get the seat confirmed but also did not levy any charges for their services.

I have used Ontime for the past three years and have totally relied on their assistance with both personal and business travel. Mr. Gupta has performed miracles in getting me reservations at the last minute. In addition he assisted my husband when he was in Iraq with his travel home. Mr. Gutpa of Ontime Travels has been our travel agent for all personal and professional travel for the past three years. He is a friend and I speak to him nearly every day for one travel need or another. He has arranged weekend travel within India for nearly every local holiday, R and R travel for us involving complex itineraries, visitation travel for our three children travelling alone from Alaska and California, business trips for me and my husband, and every other conceiveable travel need including plane tickets, car rentals & hotel reservation. Mr. Gupta has also arranged hotel reservations, car services & local sight seeing for many visitors from the US to India, including both VIP's from the U.S. government and close personal friends, and they have been uniformly pleased.

Mr. Gupta's employee Mr. Prasad has accompanied us to Delhi train station and helped us find our cabin, and has been there upon our arrival to help us navigate our way out of th stations.  Mr. Prasad assisted me in mailing payment in the local currency to Dharamshala for the purchase we made there.

Mr. Gupta is a travel genius and always works witin the art of the possible, never finding a request too complicated, short - fused or difficult. Our travel arrangements have been effortless and flawless. We plan to continue with Ontime when we get to Washington.
